What makes Indie Ink different from other ink suppliers?
Indie Ink is a UK ink manufacturer based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We formulate and manufacture our DTF, DTG and dye sublimation inks in-house, giving us control over quality, consistency and performance from formulation through to the finished product. Our inks are developed for professional print businesses and batch tested before they leave us.
How quickly will my Indie Ink order be delivered?
We offer next working day delivery to most UK destinations for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the 2pm cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier service.
What printheads are Indie Ink DTF inks compatible with?
Indie Ink DTF inks are designed for use with all Epson printheads used in DTF printing systems, including I3200, I1600, XP600 and DX-series Epson printheads. They are formulated to deliver consistent ink flow, reliable performance and vibrant colour for professional DTF printing.
Is there anything I need to know when ordering from Northern Ireland?
Yes. If this is your first Indie Ink order to Northern Ireland, you can place your order online as normal, then email info@indieink.co.uk with your UKIMS number, EORI number, company registration number, full company name and address. We’ll email you a declaration to review, sign and return so we can prepare the required shipping documentation.
Once this has been completed, we’ll keep the relevant information on file for future orders, so you can continue ordering online as normal. Please note that orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed from Monday.
